GREENSBORO, N.C. —Christopher Rowmane Goggins, 39, was arrested in connection with a Saturday evening shooting in Greensboro, N.C. Police responded to a report of aggravated assault around 6:50 p.m. on South Elm-Eugene Street, where one person was found with non-life-threatening gunshot injuries. Goggins was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm within city limits, and an additional charge. He is being held without bond in the Guilford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
